HYPERQUICK Contracting LLC management is fully committed to creating a safe and healthy atmosphere in which workers may work without fear of accident or harm. HYPERQUICK health and safety programme is designed, implemented, and maintained in accordance with the HQ Workers' Compensation Act and the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation.

HYPERQUICK is devoted to working in a spirit of consultation and collaboration with its workers, and will undertake programmes of education and training in safe work practises and techniques to enhance the health and safety of the workforce, in which all employees will participate. HQ takes pleasure in recognising and preserving the three worker rights: the right to know, the right to participate, and the freedom to refuse dangerous labour. HQ wants to be a safety leader in the business.

We believe that the evidence of our commitment to health, safety and the environment lies in our excellent safety record and to acheive it, we continually set exceptionally high standards within the industry. The company’s annual HSE meeting is attended by all operatives. A wide range of topics are covered including risk assessments and risk judgements, accident emergency procedure, the ‘no surprise’ rule, near misses, tool box talks, zero harm etc.
